Tony was a great presenter and I can't believe how quickly the day was completed. The training was jam packed with information both practical and procedural and I should mention that I thouroughly enjoyed it and have learned so much about treatment for casualties and when to intervene to Protect Life and prevent further injury.
An excellent refresher. Neil was brilliant, really engaging and I really enjoyed the session. It really refreshed things I had learnt last year in the one-day courseThe upstairs room is also better than the downstairs one I was in last time- less traffic noise and easier to hear everything.
