Instructor Nicky was knowledgable, friendly, and clearly well-versed in all aspects of First Aid training and delivery. A definite 5/5 stars, and an extra 6th for the professional fashion she handled a most deplorable character who had been sent on the course.
Our trainer, was fantastic. She explained things really well and also had us thinking about how to approach different scenarios which will be invaluable. On top of that, Aleesha made the experience fun and created a really warm and engaging atmosphere, even when the topics were a bit more difficult. Could not recommend more highly!
We Had Aleesha holding our course, she is very friendly and approachable and managed the energy in the room very well. Although I've done first aid training in the past, I feel like I've retained much more information this time as she kept the course engaging without it feeling tedious and repetitive.
