My husband and I used First Charter (Lansdale,PA Branch) for our wedding. They were easy to work with, had great customer service, and was affordable! We did not get to meet anyone personally from the shuttles, but our guests had nothing but positive things to say about First Charter and their drivers. We highly recommend First Charter for any event!
Absolutely Horrible! I scheduled 3 trips for one day. The bus was over 20 minutes late for the first pick up. Never showed up for the second pick up leaving us scrambling for rides for guests of our event. Third bus was also late and we were still left with guests needing rides. Received 2 numbers to use the day of the event which no one ever responded to after many calls and voicemails. Will never recommend this company.
We had a great experience with First Student for our field trip last Friday! Our driver, Dave, was outstanding professional, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Usually, arranging transportation for field trips can be a challenge, but First Student made the entire process easy and stress-free. The bus was clean, on time, and the service was top-notch. We’ll definitely be using them again for future trips!
Our driver was amazing--super friendly, really patient, very safe driver, and went above and beyond by tailoring a playlist just for our event. There were traffic jam and weather challenges and he rolled with it all like the professional that he is.
