Car was dented at Gatwick airport car park. I didn't notice on collection as it was dark. There is no recourse if you don't notice at the time. Needless to say i won't use them again as they don't look after your vehicle.

Unexpected Extra Charge from the Service

The service imposed an additional £150 charge due to a pick-up that isn't specified in their terms and conditions. We provided the registration number for the vehicle, which parks in a standard parking bay. This company lacks honesty, as they conceal extra fees in their terms to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Quite deceptive!

Very Disappointing Experience

Very disappointing experience. We parked at the airport without issues. However, after a long overnight flight with two tired children, we tried to board the bus back to our vehicle. The driver was unhelpful and rudely told us to exit the bus. It turned out to be the right bus, but we faced the choice of paying nearly £30 for a taxi or waiting 30 minutes in freezing conditions. Customer service dismissed it as a 'miscommunication' and refused to refund the taxi fare. I will never use this service again and strongly recommend others to avoid it. Terrible.

Terrible Experience

Terrible experience. We parked at the airport without any issues. Upon returning from a long overnight flight with two tired and cold children, we tried to get on the bus back to our vehicle. I reached out to customer service, who dismissed it as a 'miscommunication' and refused to refund the taxi fare. I will never use this service again and strongly advise others to avoid it. Awful.

Completely Ineffective Service

Completely ineffective service. The transfer was dangerous due to an overcrowded bus. It was chaotic, with passengers crammed into tight spaces. It felt like an accident was imminent. The bus arrived late and was filthy, taking over 40 minutes to reach the terminal. Avoid this service at all costs.

Endless Bus Journey

The service is acceptable at one airport, but not at another. At this airport, plan for at least an hour from parking your car to reaching the terminal. The same goes for the return trip. The 'Terminal parking' description is misleading, as the bus stops at multiple terminals, adding unnecessary time to the journey. While it claims buses run every 20 minutes, the reality is they come every 25-30 minutes.

Unrecognized Charge and Poor Support

I encountered an unrecognized charge while parking at the airport. I had no issues with the service until I tried to contact customer support about this. It was incredibly difficult to reach them, with a chatbot that only led to confusion, a contact form that wouldn't load, and no other means of communication. Frustrating.

Confusing Parking Area

Finding the parking area was a nightmare, as the provided postcode led me off-road. The correct postcode for navigation is different. Once my vehicle was handled by the staff, it was left unlocked, which raised concerns. Thankfully, I was able to secure it remotely.

Misleading Pricing

Misleading pricing. I was quoted a price after submitting my vehicle details while away for a week. I was satisfied with this price. However, upon arrival, the service demanded an additional charge due to my vehicle type. They were aware of this beforehand but chose not to inform me in advance, leaving no time for alternative arrangements. This feels dishonest and unfair.

Avoid at All Costs

Avoid at all costs. We parked our vehicle here, and the footage of how it was treated was shocking. There was reckless driving in a congested area, a lack of safety precautions, and vehicles parked too closely together. I noticed multiple instances of cars touching one another, and they were left unlocked.
