I had been very stressed about buying out my lease and didn’t even know where to start the process.

I had been very stressed about buying out my lease and didn’t even know where to start the process. I received a call from Kyle and he was so friendly and informative of their services and the entire process, which made it that much easier to take the plunge. He then set me up with my specialist, Dean, who was amazing from beginning to finish. I had a few concerns with my credit getting hit this past year, but he went above and beyond to find me the best bank with the best interest rate to fit my needs. I can honestly say this process was very easy and quick with Dean! I definitely recommend Lease End if you are looking to buyout your leased vehicle. Thank you Kyle, And thank you tremendously Dean for all your help!!

The experience was incredibly smooth and enjoyable.

The experience was incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The representative was a joy to collaborate with. My vehicle had significant negative equity and exceeded the mileage limit. I was concerned about facing hefty return fees. Thankfully, the representative managed to get me approved at a very low interest rate (6%), and my monthly payment was actually lowered by $100. I highly recommend their services.

Exceptional Assistance Throughout the Loan Process

Sam helped with the loan, and Jacob handled the initial intake; both were highly professional and efficient! Sam exceeded my expectations by providing a better deal than the previous one, which the dealer couldn't fund for some reason. The entire process was quick, and I now feel relieved knowing I secured a fantastic deal and that the new loan process is all set! Thank you, Sam!

Terrible Experience! Avoid at All Costs!

This service is absolutely the worst! I was exploring options as it was time to renew my lease and submitted an application. However, I wasn't happy with their rates, so I declined and requested to cancel my application. Since then, I have been bombarded with calls to complete my application! I asked to speak with a supervisor, but none was available! Eventually, I had to block them, yet they keep calling from different numbers! It's been over four months and this harassment won't stop! Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of any interactions with them!

Terrible experience with the service

I inquired if the service wanted to purchase my car at the end of the lease, but instead, they applied for multiple bank loans in my name, which damaged my credit score. I attempted to reach out to them, but received no response. I even filed a complaint with the relevant authorities, but it was ineffective. A representative claimed I didn't reply to their questions in a timely manner (???). These individuals are untrustworthy, and I can't understand why anyone would speak positively about them.

Exceptional assistance from the representative!

The representative provided outstanding support! They negotiated with the banks on my behalf to secure a lower APR. The conversation was friendly and relaxed, with no pressure at all. The entire process was seamless and worry-free! I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to buy out their lease and alleviate end-of-lease concerns!

Misleading, Predatory, and Zero AccountabilityI recently had an infuriating and expensive experience

Misleading, Predatory, and Zero AccountabilityI recently had an infuriating and expensive experience with LeaseTrader.com that I feel obligated to warn everyone about.Like many people, I wanted to get out of my Mazda lease early. LeaseTrader heavily advertises that they can facilitate lease transfers for virtually any make, including Mazda. Their website, emails, and sales reps repeatedly assure you that “most” leases are transferable and that their “experts” will handle everything. They push paid packages (credit checks, listing fees, “featured” ads, etc.) and make it sound like once you pay, the transfer is basically guaranteed as long as someone takes over the payments. So I paid several hundred dollars for their premium service. Only after I was fully locked in and the money was non-refundable did I discover that Mazda Financial Services flat-out does not allow third-party lease transfers or “lease swaps” on the vast majority of their retail leases (especially anything from the last 4–5 years). This is a hard policy from Mazda corporate—no exceptions, no approvals, nothing. When I contacted LeaseTrader support in disbelief, their response was a shrug: “You should have checked your lease contract.”
My lease contract, like almost every Mazda lease, contains zero language about transfers because Mazda simply doesn’t permit them. There is nothing to “check.” LeaseTrader knows this—or certainly should know this after years in business—yet they happily took my money anyway and let me waste weeks building a listing that was doomed from the start.Their entire business model appears to be:Heavily advertise that they can transfer “most” leases (including Mazda, BMW, and others that notoriously don’t allow it).
Rush customers into non-refundable paid packages.
When the inevitable denial comes from the actual finance company, blame the customer for “not reading their lease” and keep 100% of the money.

This isn’t just poor customer service—this feels borderline fraudulent. They are profiting off information asymmetry. They know (or should know) which brands categorically prohibit transfers, yet they never warn you upfront and they certainly don’t pause the transaction to verify eligibility before taking your money. After this experience I did some digging and found dozens of nearly identical complaints about Mazda, BMW, and certain credit unions. People pay $300–$600, waste months, and end up exactly where they started—still stuck in the lease—while LeaseTrader keeps every penny.Save your money and your sanity. If you’re trying to get out of a lease:Call your actual finance company (Mazda Financial, BMW FS, etc.) first and ask if they even allow third-party transfers.
If the answer is no, do not give LeaseTrader a dime.

Companies like Swapalease and LeaseTrader survive by exploiting desperate lessees with slick marketing and zero-risk, non-refundable fees. They are not on your side; they are on the side of whoever pays them—usually the same people who end up with an untransferable lease and an empty wallet.Zero ethics, zero refunds, zero help.Never again. I wish I could give zero stars.
