Review Time
My experience with this service has been very disappointing. It’s not a one-star review because there were some individuals who attempted to resolve our issues caused by the company. My mother recently moved to a flat from a larger home and wanted to replace the heaters since one of the two in her flat was malfunctioning. When the installation was scheduled, the engineer arrived two hours late and seemed eager to finish the job quickly. One radiator was installed without being checked for functionality, despite my mother informing them she would soon undergo a cataract operation and would need heating at home for the next two weeks. As a result, my 76-year-old mother was left without heating in half of her flat during winter. Another engineer came a week later and confirmed that the heater was broken and required replacement, but he didn’t have a suitable unit to install, necessitating a new order. Unfortunately, the wrong heater was delivered almost a week later, preventing installation. Another order was placed, and it was finally fitted just a couple of days ago. My mother has endured two weeks without heating. I’ve seen her in tears multiple times, and I’ve had to contact this service repeatedly due to poor communication. No one took accountability, and my work has been interrupted numerous times by her worried calls, with no one offering an apology. There was no compensation offered for the hours spent on hold or for the time I had to spend reassuring my mother. I am absolutely appalled by this service, as they took my mother’s money and left her without heating. I will never use this service again.
My experience was wonderful, as we had damaged heating pipes and a faulty boiler, which were resolved. The installation team was fabulous and considerate, making the new heaters and hot water system easy to operate. The house feels cozy and warm now, a significant improvement. While it was a costly purchase, it's definitely worth it!
