Order still hasn't arrived

I still haven't received my order placed over 2 months ago. I ordered on May 30, and it's now August 8. I expected to wait around 6 weeks, but this is getting ridiculous. I'm really disappointed as I love the products from this brand and was looking forward to my items. It's really disheartening not to have any communication regarding the delay.

Frustrating wallpaper order experience

I had a frustrating experience ordering wallpaper. First, their online calculator was inaccurate, leading to hundreds more in labor costs as contractors had to return due to long lead times. They only offered a 15% discount on the extra roll I had to purchase due to their mistake. Additionally, their customer service is among the worst; it takes days to get a response, and I have to keep following up. I'm really disappointed and wish I had supported other independent businesses.
