Terrible experience on Barbeques Galore, I ordered online and they do not even dispatch more than 3 weeks, and no where to cancel order online.

First communication on tracking my order via phone after 10 days since I ordered, they asked me to contact another provider (NNELiving, which is also rubbish) for tracking, they told me they have dispatched the order and ask me to wait!!!

After waiting for two weeks, thought it was because the carrier is slow, I communicated with NNELiving, they told me they did not receive money from Barbeque galore since Dec 2025 and refused to fulfill order. They lied to me that they claimed they have dispatched my order, totally scam!

I was angry and told both Barbeque galore and NNELiving that I am going to fair trading and then they started to cancel my order via phone!!! Will never come back again!!

Mixed Experience with Service

When the technician came to replace the evaporative cooler, they were polite, hardworking, and efficient. The professionalism was commendable. However, I suggest that more technicians be available before summer, as I had to wait 2.5 weeks for an appointment, making our home very uncomfortable.
