Terrible customer service. Jeans arrived and were too big. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a return address & refund. The company are now ignoring my emails. They also took more money out of my Apple Pay than the receipt - this was refunded though.
Order placed in september, constant excuses as to where my order is. They are now saying they have cancelled the order but when they tried to refund they got a message saying they couldnt action a refund. Now they are ignoring all communication. Bunch of scammers dont waste your money.
I have also been scammed and wish I had read reviews first. Order not arrived although shipping update on 4th October said they had arrived in Edinburgh Scotland, so at least in the UK.Here we are 13th October, no shipping update,no jeans delivered, just constantly the same response to my emails Thank you for your understanding that your item is still on the way to you..Today I have filed an escalated PayPal dispute with fingers crossed they rule in my favour
Ordered jeans which came far to big and baggy...although it says 100% refund.they offered me 6 pounds compensation for a product that initially cost me 36 pounds...I only purchased initially as I assumed they would be an OK company as I was able to pay by pay pal.
