DREADFUL COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.I WAITED WEEKS FOR A PAIR OF JEANS, WHEN THEY FINALLY ARRIVED THEY WERE NOT THE JEANS I HAD ORDERED AT ALL, SUBSTANDARD QUALITY AND AWFUL. DISGUSTING CORRUPT COMPANY. I HOPE TRADING STANDARDS CATCHES THEM.
Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering 🤬 it's been 4 weeks since ordering and still not received. They keep saying the same thing over and over again it's like banging your head against a brick wall. I've asked for a refund numerous times but nothing.... do NOT order from this company
Shocking quality jeans .Took 10 weeks to arrive .I could sew a pair that looked better than these and to add insult to injury they aren't even the style I originally ordered .They are foul.Do NOT order from this company .You might aswell just flush your money away .
I read all these review AFTER I had ordered a pair of jeans and was expecting to either not receive my order or receive a shoddy item. However, my order arrived today (albeit after waiting 3 weeks) and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the quality good, but the jeans fitted beautifully. All in all, good value for money. Maybe I was just lucky, but my overall experience was good
AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SITE!! Bought a pair of jeans, waited 4 weeks for delivery and they were too big!! Absolutely appalling customer service offering a no option to exchange, instead a pathetic £6 compensation and the cheek to ask me to ‘consider passing them to another individual! I am fuming!! SCAM!!!
Disgraceful company, parcel was tracked from USA to Birmingham UK, where there has been no movement for 2 months, all customer service says it’s in its way, they refuse to take responsibility for a lost parcel, and refund it replace, I can cope with losing money on this I’m truly not bothered. DON’T ENTERTAIN USING THIS SCAMMING COMPANY
I am at my whitts end with this company. Every email I receive after asking where my item is comes back the same answer. I am now thinking that my item will never come. It has been in the UK for well over a week and still no sign. I have asked for a refund but no answer given. I also wish now I had read reviews. I'm not happy at all Please avoid this awful website .
