Ryan Williams made my experience with Sunlighten great. I was probably on the phone with him for over an hour as he explained why Sunlighten was the best infrared sauna experience compared to other companies.He questioned me about what my goals were for the sauna so that we are able to pick the appropriate one for me in terms of variety of infrared wavelengths and size. He also took extra time to explain the delivery of the sauna and made extra calls to the delivery company because of my concerns about the logistics of where they were going to deliver it at my house. I’m extremely looking forward to the Sunlighten experience.
We had been wanting a sauna for years and, after recently completing our home renovation, we were finally ready to move forward.
I researched three different infrared sauna brands, and Mike Myers at Sunlighten was by far the best representative I worked with throughout the process. He was attentive, incredibly responsive to all of my questions, and never pushy. My biggest concern with the mPulse was whether it would feel hot enough, and Mike went above and beyond to help. He assisted me with finding commercial spa where I could test the unit in person. It was exactly what I was looking for.
The ordering and delivery process was seamless. We hired two handymen to assemble the sauna, and when a wiring question came up during installation, Sunlighten’s customer support team responded quickly and walked us through it with ease. Installation was smooth from start to finish.
We’ve now been using the sauna for three weeks and absolutely love it. It consistently heats to our desired temperature of around 145° within 30 minutes. The advanced in sauna touchpad and the ability to turn it on from our phone add a level of convenience we didn’t even realize we’d appreciate so much.
Overall, the sauna has exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
