Billy travelled to Mansfield to install a reversing camera on my Vivaro. He was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process, keeping me informed at every stage. The work was completed to a very high standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would definitely recommend his services.

Fantastic service and perfect install!

Had Billy come out to fit Apple CarPlay and a reverse camera for me today. The service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, and did a really clean, high-quality installation. Everything works perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommended!

Thanks to Billy, Absolutely 100% happy. Let me explain, my story.Spoke to Billy a few times, regarding an issue with aftermarket car stereo JVC-KW-M785DBW that was fitted in my beloved Hyundai, by Halfords. Sent pictures of my car stereo and model of my car. Problems I had, I could not access steering controls from my steering wheel buttons. As they would not work, which meant me having to press my stereo to accept and end calls.Would like to say massive thank you, to Billy yet again, so very helpful and friendly and made me feel very at ease, with my many questions I had for him.The service at fit4caraudio is Excellent customer service and the work Billy carried out and repaired fixed my car stereo that I can now receive calls and end call from my steering wheel. The work carried out is, A class work.I would 100% recommend there services to anyone and you will not be disappointed of the excellent services on your vehicle. Quality at the best. Thanks again Billy, for sorting my issue on my car.

Absolutely brilliant

Today was the second time I've called on Billy's services and again, he went well beyond my expectations - (somehow) managing to get a steering wheel control interface up and running, despite Dynamic Sounds sending me an incompatible module! Always thoroughly professional and a real pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use CVA again.

Non existent after sales service

I purchased and had fitted a reversing camera and CarPlay for my Porsche in December 2121. I paid just under £1000 which included a two year warranty. All was well until September this year when the CarPlay ceased to function. I called Billy from CVA Supplies/Fit4caraudio to investigate. He called but was unable to repair it but promised, as it was still under warranty, that he would replace it. This was arranged for the following week. I rang Billy the following week and numerous times afterwards but there was no reply from either his mobile number or the website phone number. I did ring him once, from my husband's mobile, and he answered and again promised that he would be with me in a few days. Nearly six weeks later and umpteen phone messages, I am still without CarPlay. So, proceed with caution when dealing with this company.Billy, you only replaced the CarPlay unit after I wrote the above review. You would not even take my numerous phone calls or respond to my numerous emails prior to that. I stand by the above review and I will not be commenting further.
