Disappointment with Unresolved Sync Issues

After a long wait, I decided to cancel my subscription due to their failure to resolve the syncing issue. They have all the necessary data and acknowledge the problem when reported, yet nothing gets fixed. This app seems to be lacking in maintenance.

Frustrated with Paid Features Not Accessible

I subscribed expecting premium features, but my account still shows as a free plan, preventing access to what I paid for. I've reached out to support multiple times with no response. This lack of customer service is unacceptable for a paid product. I feel cheated and frustrated, as I received no value for my money. Be cautious if considering this app.

Problematic Cancellation Policies

The app is decent, but the cancellation policy is quite misleading. If you cancel your renewal, you lose your paid benefits immediately instead of at the end of the billing cycle. This feels very scammy and should be illegal. You should be able to cancel anytime while retaining your benefits until the end of the paid period. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Poor Customer Service Experience

The app is useful for budgeting and monitoring finances, but the customer service is severely lacking. When I contact them with an issue, I only receive vague assurances that my problem has been escalated, but nothing gets resolved, week after week. It’s frustrating to chase them without any progress.

Great Concept, But Lacking Technical Support

The main concept of the app is fantastic for tracking personal finances, but technical support is lacking. There are glitches, especially with Investment and Budgeting features. I reached out to support five weeks ago, but they just tell me to wait. As a premium member, I'm disappointed with the lack of attention to customer issues.
