I placed my order on Nov 28, and as of Dec 6, I still haven't received a confirmation email or order number. I was charged immediately upon placing the order. I've tried to contact customer service but haven't had any success. I will be pursuing a refund.

As for products, we mainly focus on sports nutrition, health nutrition, vitamins & minerals along with a little fitness equipment. In 1999 we started as an equipment store selling treadmills and gym systems, this slowly evolved to a blend of health products and today we are 95% health nutrition and 5% equipment.
We closed our last retail store in 2019 and now only focus with online sales. We enjoy being a little smaller of a company so we can more time together as a family.
