Very disappointed with being billed about $100 per ticket more than the carrier's website price. 5 Star blames consolidator, but it is the customer who suffers. No attempt to help with the issue. Just saying they understand our feelings, which means nothing. The previous representative I worked with was outstanding. He is gone. I will be more discerning the next time I plan a trip.
