Customer service is nonexistent

Customer service is nonexistent. I have been a Fixmestick customer for years, and when I purchased Startmestick by mistake, I was ignored. I used both Chat, and the support email, and I was given generic responses about auto renewal, over and over again. I pleaded for them to read my message and discuss the real issue, to no avail. There is no phone #.

DO NOT buy from this company

DO NOT buy from this company unless you want to be trapped by their Automatic Renewal Policy. As soon as I opted out of Automatic Renewal, they immediately ended my subscription. The money I paid them was completely wasted since I did not get any use out of the FixMeStick I bought. What a rip-off!

Watch out for automatic renewals toggle…

I would like to change my review from 1 to 4. Since writing the original review FixMeStick has cancelled the renewal and refunded my money. If you cannot use the product and are no longer using it. Take the time to check your account and make sure that you don’t have the auto renewal on. DBS

I purchased a Fixmestick and apparently there is a automatic subscription renewal attached to the purchase without a warning that the new subscription is coming due. The very day it was charged to my credit card. I cancelled the subscription. I contacted them now they are only offering a 50% discount and I will not be able to use the product.
