If I could rate this service with zero stars, I would. I purchased a bedside table, and one of the components arrived damaged. That was just the start of my troubles. I contacted them right away and waited over two days for any response, but nothing came. After sending a follow-up email, I finally received a reply asking for the part number, which, incredibly, isn't even mentioned in the manual provided. I responded with several photos clearly showing the broken piece that needs to be replaced. After that? Silence again. No reply whatsoever. I attempted to call them multiple times, bearing in mind their very limited hours. No one answered. I stayed on hold for 10 minutes twice, only for the calls to be disconnected. Since getting assistance was impossible, I filled out their online refund request — and to make matters worse, I have to pay to return the item, even though it arrived damaged. I submitted the form two days ago and, unsurprisingly, have heard nothing back. I followed up via email as well. Still no response. I've essentially thrown my money away on this dreadful service. The customer support is nonexistent and utterly unacceptable. A business that treats customers this way really shouldn't be allowed to operate. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this service unless you want to deal with stress, wasted time, and a massive headache.

I informed them as they dragged the bed across the oak floor instead of lifting it. They acknowledged their error and advised me to reach out to the company for repairs. However, when I did, the company denied any responsibility and lied about the situation. This service cannot be trusted.

I wish I could rate lower. My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. They can't be trusted for delivery dates or customer service. There’s no mobile support. Whenever I call, it goes to voicemail. I ordered a sofa, and the website promised delivery in 1-2 days, but it’s now been over a month with no updates. I paid for delivery and assembly, and today they claimed it was delivered between 7:30 am and 7:45 am, which is completely false. I was home all day, and nothing happened. Unfortunately, the worst customer service as no one is available to assist. I will never order from them again, and I advise others to avoid the same mistake.
I deeply regret not checking reviews of this company first. I ordered a bed and a latex mattress for it. They sent me a top mattress with no documentation, labeled with aloe vera. I refused the parcel. I have been unsuccessfully trying to contact them via email. I submitted a return request for the mattress, but they haven't responded. Their phone line leads to a message stating they don’t answer calls. If I don’t hear back in a few days, I will go directly to their location to return the mattress. I will also report them for fraudulent practices. Anyone else who feels scammed should do the same.
On November 25, I ordered a sofa bed that was supposed to arrive in 5-6 working days. When I called to inquire about delivery, they claimed they hadn't received my payment, despite me providing proof. I confirmed with my bank that the payment was processed. I've emailed and called again, but there has been no response. I'm increasingly worried that this is a scam! Terrible customer service.
We ordered a bed over a month ago, and once it was ready for shipment, they sent it to the wrong address, not even in our country. I've spent the last two weeks trying to reach them through emails and calls without any response—they don’t even answer the phone. They did pick up my first call and confirmed they had the new address, but this must be a lie as my address was never on the delivery link. I wonder if they even exist anymore and if we'll ever receive our bed. This has been the worst experience. We thought we were buying quality furniture at competitive prices, but we didn't account for the stress of trying to get our delivery address corrected. If you're smart, steer clear of this company.
