I love the simplicity of the platform, the saving accounts on offer give a decent return and it's easy to move money between those accounts. I love the rollover feature that allows you to preset an fixed term account to rollover in your chosen new account.
Always love higher savings rate but Flagstone is doing a good job in offering those.
I've had one issue on transferring money in so far but the service provided was great which for me is one of the main indicators that they provide good customer service.
The sign up process was incredibly easy (though you do of course have to have some basic information at your fingertips). Communication from flagstone has been immediate, clear, appropriate. The platform is very easy to navigate and the explanatory bits are clear, accessible etc

Communication & contact were great during the initial application process, which was less onerous than expected. Only missed final star because contact following receipt of documentation confirmation seemed to stop for a couple of weeks until I chased it. Initial use of platform suggests easy to administer.
