This company is the biggest scam!!! I ordered a gift for Christmas and it was supposedly shipped to the wrong address. They said they were going to re-ship the product after they received it back. It's been 3 months and now they've told me it's my responsibility to call the post office and straighten out the problem. Or I could pay them more money to have them ship out the same product!!! I'm in the process of reporting them to the bank and disputing the charge. Huge scam!!! BEWARE!!!
I have purchased non pleated flags to pot on my porch. The quality of the flags is outstanding. They are so nice looking that recently while we were at an event, a couple that live in a subdivision past us stopped and told me that they drive past our house just to see what I have put up. I really thought that was cool.
I ordered a fall-season yard sign. The sign arrived, and it looked like it had been in the outdoor elements for years. It was wonderfully packaged and protected, which tells me that a human saw firsthand how trashed the sign was, yet this person still elected to send it out as a satisfactory product. I wish I could include pictures. Secondly, I've had zero response to my two email inquiries for a refund. Radio silence.
