this is a scam - i did a one off payment to try it, they charged me 11 times and refuse to refund. No service provided and only 2 vials ever delivered - they dont even include proper instructions on how much to use. avoid at all costs, definite scam IMHO
I ordered twice from Fleava, and never agreed to a subscription. Because of surgery that I recently had, I was less vigilant in checking my AMEX account. During that time Fleava charged me for 9 orders that I did not make and had received NONE of the product I was charged for. In three instances they charged my account twice in the same day. Multiple emails to try and get them to refund money for product I neither ordered or received resulted in them crediting me for 1 order out of the 9 false orders. Oh, and by the way, their product does not work. I'm sure their responses were all from a bot not in the US.
The product has not made a noticeable improvement.Moreover, the company automatically enters you into a "subscription" program that doesn't actually send you anything - it just lets you look at their website to buy more snake oil from them.Steer clear. These guys are a super dirty business.
I HAVE REPORTED FLEAVA TO A FRAUD INVESTIGATION FOLLOWING THEM TAKING 2 UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS FROM MY BANK . I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEM BUT THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE MY MONEY . THEY IGNORE ALL EMAILS . YOU WILL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR PAYMENT CARD WITH YOUR BANK TO STOP THEM FRAUDULENTLY TAKING YOUR MONEY. SO BE WARNED !!
Honestly didn’t think I’d ever bother writing a review about a hair product but here I am because the copper peptide formula actually did something. I wasn’t paying attention at first but one morning I caught myself in the mirror and my temples didn’t look as bare. Even my barber casually mentioned that the sides looked a little fuller which made me look twice. It’s been a weird relief seeing something finally work after years of trying random stuff.
Product took 6 weeks to arrive. During that time, I was charged two $32.49 USD 'subscription fees' for a '90 x day money back guarantee' which was discreetly included as a tick box as part of the purchase process.Since I contacted Fleava via email, they confirmed that they cancelled the subscription, yet proceeded to process another $32.49 USD transaction 3 x weeks later.Have had to manually cancel the auto subscription through Paypal.Not sure whether the product is any good as I haven't had it for long enough to tell, but this is a flat out subscription scam.
I first ordered a 3-month supply of this stuff back in July. In August, I see another charge on my card for more than 1/2 of what my 3-month supply was. When I called the number, it immediately went to voicemail and said that the "Google customer" could not take any calls right now. I have not received anything from them since the original order. I clearly think Fleava is a complete scam. I haven't seen any difference in my hair either, but maybe it's still too soon to tell, I think they said 4 to 6 weeks.
It arrived a whole month later than I expected, actually over a month, in which I thought I would never receive, there may be other products to try, but not willing to take the chance to experience a delay in getting my product, oh and I kept asking where is my product and I did not get an immediate response until 3 weeks later,telling me the product was out of stock, how can this be avoided?
