Scammers

I bought products from this company which were ok, then suddenly got charges for 29 dollars for nothing. I signed up for no subscriptions and bought no more products. They have been reported to my credit card company, my attorneys, and the better business bureau.

This company will secretly sign you up…

This company will secretly sign you up for a membership and then refuse to cancel it when requested. I have asked since June for them to cancel and refund my money. It’s now September and I’m still being charged. Do not waste your time or money on these thief’s.

Product never came

I ordered the 2 pack, and was then prompted to but a 3rd for a discount. My order was never shipped and they kept saying issues with shipper, etc. After many attempts, they did refund my original purchase but would not refund the additional bottle purchased as they showed as separate transactions. I would have loved to try the product and was looking forward to it; unfortunately it never came. May be a scam...Kevin

Multiple orders placed no products

Submitted a number of orders, none of which have been received after 5 months. Email queries rarely respind and just state delays in production. When ordering, system automatically opts you in to an auto debit each month, which had to cancel payments via PayPal. I've never left a review on any site, but am disappointed with loss of funds, no product and no way to retrieve anything. Still stating issues with production, or unexpected delays for the only product they produce. Steer clear.

I never received my product

I never received my product. Even after several emails requesting and responses confirming that I would receive it, I still haven't. Wasted money. I really wanted to give this a chance.

Warning! Don’t order from Fleava!

Originally ordered Fleava’s shampoo and conditioner which is not bad. Noticed less hair shedding. Thus re-ordered. Shortly after receiving the product, Fleava started charging my PaPal account $29.99 twice per month and the charge shows “90 day money back guarantee.” For what? I did not order or receive additional product. This has continued for the last 4 months. (My fault for not reviewing my statement every month.) Unable to reach their customer service via phone and no response to multiple emails. Filed complaint with BBB.

I never received product

I never received product. They sent me an email asking for a review. If you click the links in the email for less than 4 stars, it takes you to their website on a "contact us" form. FLEAVA IS A SCAM. They not only didn't send me product, but they fraudulently charged my card for more product I didn't order. I had to change my card number just to get it to stop. All of the positive reviews they have are fake.

Fraudulent company!

This is a warning to others about fleava.com. I have been charged $29.99 every month without my authorization. I never signed up for a subscription with this company. I have also never received any products from them.I have contacted them to cancel my subscription, but I have had no response. There is no way to cancel the subscription, through my account, on their website.I am now in the process of disputing these fraudulent charges with my bank.I strongly advise against doing business with fleava.com. Be very cautious about providing them with any payment information. This seems to be a recurring issue, and I would hate for anyone else to experience this.

Fantastic products that actually work and have shown significant hair growth and thickness

First off I would like to say they have products that are fantastic and actually work. Hair growth is clearly noticeable in the months of use. It's amazing if you are consistent in the use of the serum and shampoo.Love the offers and affordability of the products also it's great that they are always improving the products to make for a better experience for the user. Customer Services are fantastic they have always answered and dealt withy queries within less than 24 Hours very professional and to the point. Will definitely continue to use the products and recommend them to all whoa re trying to trying to thicken, grow or regain hair this is the one.

Fraud!

I ordered a product and unknowingly signed up for a membership that costs $30 per month. When I noticed this, I contacted customer service and requested immediate cancellation, which was confirmed. Nevertheless, money has continued to be debited from my account for the past 4 months. This is fraudulent behavior. I can only warn others against placing an order.
