48 hour response time was the only problem. Besides that everithing was great .I was kinda nervous because I have read not so great reviews from this company and the cancelation of subscriptions , but I had no problems what so ever with one email .

I would give this company less than 1 star if I could. Non-responsive customer service. The company makes it hard to manage or cancel subscription orders. Sends items without notice and charges your card even after clearly canceling by email. The product itself is not effective. My recommendation is to skip this company.

Order placed but never received; poor customer support

I placed an order, but nothing was delivered. Despite multiple emails, my request for a full refund was disregarded. I was consistently misled and given the runaround. This company is not trustworthy. This has been the most frustrating experience I've encountered. I strongly advise against spending any money with them.

Unwanted Monthly Charges The service keeps charging my bank account every month. Customer support has confirmed in writing that I am not enrolled in any membership, yet they claim not to see the charges, leaving no possibility for a refund. I canceled my debit card, and the bank reissued it, but somehow the service managed to get the new card number and continues to charge me. I have filed complaints with the relevant authorities.
