I am reporting a fraudulent website. I placed an order, but the package was never delivered. The seller initially claimed there was a delivery issue and has since failed to provide a valid tracking number. Despite numerous follow-up emails over more than two weeks, there has been no response. Payment was taken, but no product was received. I am sharing this to alert others and prevent more victims.
This company is fraudulent; they use content from other sites and change the name. They do not send products but claim items have been delivered without providing tracking details. There is no company address or phone number available. Communication has been poor, and I had to block everything through my bank to reclaim my funds.
Do not order.... scam.... they claim they sent out two lots after the first one didnt arrive. 2nd one sent with a spurious tracking number from fed ex which went to another address in the city and not related to my order. Did manage to get a refund via paypal.....
DEFINITELY SCAM COMPANY. Bought items for Christmas gift and was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. Items never arrived even though email says they were delivered. There is no tracking number or any information showing how it was delivered or proof of delivery. There is no phone number to call so I emailed the company and also used the website's contact information to follow up and nobody has responded. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.
Bought a treadmill beginning of December supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Item never arrived even though email says it was delivered. There is no tracking number only website information claiming delivery had been made. Received email asking me to check with neighbours for delivery despite no evidence of any attempt at delivery being made by video camera or any missed call card. They said would refund and to get 5-7 business days. 3 weeks later I’ve chased them as not received refund or the missing delivery. Now to contact my bank!
