Shipping can take some time, usually a few weeks to a month, especially during holiday seasons. That said, I've received one of the three hoodies I ordered, and I'm really impressed! The hoodie looks just as advertised and feels fantastic! I was initially hesitant since I hadn't purchased from this platform before, but I can confirm it's a reliable site for buying merchandise.
It’s been two weeks since I ordered and paid extra for expedited shipping. All I’ve gotten is that they generated a shipping label and nothing else. Even called the Post Office and today and they said that it’s only been generated and not dropped off anywhere. Also been calling the company since last week and no one will answer the phone. Have also sent them emails without a reply. Buyer beware of this company.
They purposely use deceptive ads. I ordered a zipped hoodie, at least I thought I did! I based my order on the picture of the item. What I received was a pullover hoodie. I have been trying to get information to return the product and get a refund. It was almost $50! They offered only to give me a 20% discount if I wanted to order the zipper hoodie. No, I want my money back! Now they are not returning my emails.The hoodie isn’t even flexed. What a ripoff!After posting this review, the company contacted me and agreed to send me the product I had originally ordered. At least their customer service steps up to do the right thing. It was frustrating but we got it all worked out.
Placed an order on May 30th. Today is June 13. Father's day is Sunday. My order hasn't arrived. They stated 2 days as shipping. I asked for a complete refund since I haven't received my order. They haven't responded. Beware. Next is to go all Facebook and complain since they allowed this bogus site to exploit hard working people. This is not acceptable
I placed an order on 4/22 and here it is 5/3 and the order has not shipped. I've sent 3 emails to them with no response. Horrible customer service. I'm pretty sure this company is a scam!!! Beware! This was supposed to be my husband's 60th Birthday present which really sucks!
I ordered a product and never received it..was giving a tracking number but when you look up that tracking number it supposedly in transit but has never left location in over 3 weeks. I've asked for a refund since I wasn't receiving product ordered and now no response from anyone.
