Was sent email with several choices of range rovers in or around my area. One of the cars shown was exactly what l was looking for so through CarGurus l contacted dealer to see if it was available. the dealer contacted me and arranged a viewing, all went well and I’m now the proud owner of a low mileage 2019 Range Rover evoque.
I saw a seller from car guru’s site and contacted the dealer, after buying the car within 2weeks it started showing engine failure. Tried contacting car guru but they never picked up their call
There were many problems with the vehicle; they repaired the door but then left me with a bill of £1400.00. I had no choice but to pay it due to my limited mobility, making it difficult to confront them directly. After being ignored for such a long time, I've decided to keep the car and will never use their services again. I love my car, but I certainly didn't appreciate the treatment I received.
I was able to refine my search for the car I wanted, receiving daily updates on new listings. Eventually, I found the perfect one at a nearby location, took it for a test drive, and decided to purchase it. Excellent service.
I purchased a vehicle online through a company and after they promised to deliver it, they claimed they could not fulfill that promise. They agreed to refund my payment. However, I am still waiting for my money since November 13th, and no one seems to assist me. Contacting the support team is nearly impossible, yet this issue originated on your platform. Where is the assistance and protection for customers in situations like this? I have lost £2475 through your service. What steps will you take to resolve this?
I spent a lot of time online looking for the right car. I find it on CarGurus. The dealership did the bait and switch, asking way more than the advertised price. CarGurus said they would look into it and get back to me in 6 business HOURS. I got nothing. CarGurus can't be trusted.
Polite and helpful even tho more communication would have been appreciated. A years mot was put on the car plus a service. Car delivered with no problems. Once delivered we had no issues car was as it said. Company phoned a week later to check all was okay
