I bought a suit which did not fit well. The shoulders were too padded and the pants were extremely baggy at the sides. I requested a refund 3 times and received NO response. I am ready to dispute the charge with Venmo and continue to attempt to get a refund. All I need is a return # from flex suits. They are not cooperating at all, and now I’m outside of the 7 day return request guideline. I’d happily return it if they’d let me!!

I made a purchase on line. They charged my credit card. A couple days later, they e mailed me stating that the item was out of stock and offered a different item or a refund. I requested a refund. The retailer did not respond. I sent additional e mails requesting a refund.......no response - no refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
Great customer service and fast shipping. Not the most accurate, at least in my case, but they quickly sent replacements after I let them know I received the incorrect color. That said, their tank tops so far seem to be of excellent build quality, if a bit too long. I would definitely consider ordering from them again, but I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry to get new tank tops.
I ran across apparel99 through eBay to purchase some tank top style undershirts. They seem fast and efficient, and genuinely care about how their customers perceive them, which is why I believe their service is excellent. Would definitely do business with them again!
