I have been waiting for a resolution to my inquiry for four weeks, and there has been no apology or feedback from the company. Is this acceptable? Absolutely not. I still haven't received my debit card, and with Christmas approaching, it's disappointing. This situation clearly shows that the company does not value its customers. I am at a loss for words. Once, this branch was known for its exceptional service, but what has happened to it?

They are scammers, and all the staff are dishonest. After I made a full payment for my ticket booked on November 17 for December 11, I received no response. Please avoid booking with them. Banks and credit card companies should thoroughly verify payments before approval. They are a team of scammers, and after payment, they make excuses about tickets. It's very stressful for customers; please avoid booking! This review is about a specific travel service that sent a fake e-ticket. Be cautious and do not pay for travel without checking online reviews and consulting your bank. I recommend booking directly with airlines instead of through travel agents.
I booked a holiday with a travel agency, and they changed my flight times to early morning slots that I did not want. I had paid £100 for better flights. When I visited the branch to resolve the issue, I was told that if I wanted a refund, I would not get my £120 deposit back, or it would cost £50 each to change my booking. I find this absolutely unacceptable.
The hotel was amazing, and the staff were exceptional. The lifts were not great, and reception was poor, taking three attempts to access my room. The shower was slippery, and after reporting it two days later, nothing changed until I offered housekeeping £5 for rubber mats. I must commend the housekeeping staff, as they were fantastic. The bar and waiting staff were also friendly and wonderful. This was my first stay, and I will definitely return. The all-inclusive package was well worth it. Great hotel with excellent facilities—highly recommend!
