I had a great experience on the bus journey from Killarney to Dublin with Seamus O’Conner as our driver. He kept a positive, friendly atmosphere right from the start. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and right on time. Highly recommended!

This is my third time using this company and the third time it's been late. They don't seem to understand that people going to airports are on the clock and 20mins delays like the one I had today, actually matter a hell of a lot. When they finally showed up and I asked the driver what happened he seemed to think nothing was wrong, said he left Killarney on time ie not his problem, and seemed to be unaware that he was 20mins late. I told him what the published schedule was but he couldn't have cared less.Do yourself a favour, take citlink or Dublin coach, they've never once let me down in 7-years of using them regularly, and they're cheaper!
Seamus our driver introduced himself to every passenger as we boarded without any fuss. He was most welcoming , and such a careful driver. He showed kindness and consideration to all , and called out every stop along the way . Wonderful manner . Drove us from Dublin airport to Killarney in a very careful manner , at steady pace throughout .A very safe pair of hands.Phone charger facility very useful .Thank you Flightlink .Will be booking again for sure.
I have to say 1st. It's a comfortable bus, clean bus. Drivers friendly. I just have to comment about the Limerick city stop. It's in an industrial estate in the county, 15 minutes outside the city. You're expected to get a taxi into the city centre, which is ridiculous. I feel they shouldn't advertise the stop as a Limerick city stop. All other buses drop in Arthur's Quay. I was wandering why it was quiet on the bus. They should maybe look into that. It doesn't matter that there is 2 routes. Both routes should be city centre. I'm local, but I can imagine a young foreign girl been dropped next to factories without a bus stop in site in the middle of the night. Need a better service than that.
My second time to use flightlink this December. Travelled from Ennis-Dublin Airport return. I was delighted to see Gabriel again. He is not just a lovely personable character who is very friendly and respectful to all passengers but is also a very safe driver. Our return driver from Dublin Airport to Ennis was Joanna. A lovely lady who, again, was very respectful to all passengers and a very safe driver. She was very cool when we arrived with only a minute to spare. What I really liked about both drivers is they don't drive too near to other vehicles and push on the brakes. So many bus drivers do this!
On a miserable wet and windy Friday afternoon, we were welcomed on board by our driver Gabriel. I was amazed at his friendliness and his ability to chat to all of his passengers as they climbed aboard. The weather conditions and the M50 traffic were horrendous for driving.Gabriel was apologetic for the delay, which he had no control over, revised our estimated arrival times in Limerick and Ennis, so we could inform relatives collecting us at our destinations.I believe representatives like Gabriel are a great asset to any business. Flightlink are very fortunate to have such a great ambassador. We look forward to travelling with you again in the future.
This is the first negative review I have given this service. 15/10/2025 service to kerry 5pm. The driver stood aside and watched 4 ladies struggle with their suitcases loading themselves. The bus was cold, air vent where I was sitting was broken so I couldn't close it. This was not a pleasant journey unfortunately.
The service is rarely on time, which is disappointing. It’s the only company that stops in Raheen for Dublin, so it’s convenient, but delays are very common. Today it was 30 minutes late with no apology or explanation. The company really needs better planning and communication with customers.
