Raven prepared my boarding pass so I can go directly to the gate. I don't have to wait in line or use those annoying machines for check-in. I like how attentive the staff at Cheapvuelos is. They reach out to me and are easy to communicate with.
This team truly exceeded my expectations in accommodating my travel requirements. The representatives were incredibly helpful. I faced challenges with my children during holiday travel, and they were outstanding in helping to resolve everything!
I inquired if my flight included a carry-on, and the representative confirmed it would. Based on that, I upgraded my reservation. However, upon arriving at the airport, I was charged an extra $104.00 for my carry-on. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I doubt I'll use this airline again. While I initially rated the representative highly, I've changed my mind; my overall experience was quite disappointing.
Anyone who left a review is more than likely a bot and lying. This company is a complete scam. They take your money and lie about concerns with the flight date, no more seats on the plane, or whatever they make up. They then increase the price and tell you that it's the only option to receive your e-ticket. With as many people this has happened to, we should file a lawsuit.
