Paylater travel is a very good option if you have future travel plans and cannot afford to pay upfront, i have already used PLT twice and i assure you they are not a scam, they offer reasonable flight prices specially for international flights. Customer service is very helpful and informative. I recently have to make changes on my current travel/booking plan with the help of Keren and Izzah, they were able to give me the exact modification i wanted to make and they made it happen. They were very clear on what will be the process and they were able to update me on every step. They are also responsive once you are able to reach out to them. Kudos to the customer service team and specially to Keren! Looking forward to do business again with you with our future travel plans! 😊😊
Not leave people stranded book a flight then cancel the booking on them - forcing them to pay a higher price. Fair Trading have been notified, will take the matter further.
My wife and I were attempting to schedule a spring break trip but due a huge spike in the ticket prices we decided to cancel and collect a full refund. We were unsure if we were being scammed due to the lack of response from customer service but there was a memo stating that there was an unusually high volume. We grew impatient but Bejay answered the trouble ticket and responded swiftly and provided proof within seconds. Bejay executed the highest level of customer service today and was definitely worth mentioning. We will definitely use this service again if needed thanks to the complete transparency and willingness to make things right with the customer.

Would be 5 star but unfortunately had misscomunication from one of their staff in regards to refunds, however escalations team promptly resolved the matter and honour the refund. Will continue to use them.

Had to cancel flights due to medical reasons and as stressful as life was at the time i was able to obtain my refund with special thanks to Rona.
She took full responsibilty and made sure to get what was owed from the airline and went above and beyond to higher management to ask for fee waiver on my behalf. Im very pleased with the outcome and i will use these services again. Thanks again Rona you are number #1.
