Advertised one price online for tickets, called me and told me tickets weren't available at that price. Offered to fly me to a different destination for the same price, but not where I needed to go. I can't believe this place is a "legit" company. Has scam written all over it.
Looking for prices online. Came across this mess. Had the lowest fares that I have seen online, however, after reading the reviews and seeing the poor ratings it has, I decided to call them directly to verify. Once on the phone, though they're based in Canada, their English is hard to understand because they are foreign nationals. Second, when I went to verify the price, what was posted online versus what she quoted me was off by more than $200 USD. I asked her why wasn't the website updated automatically or regularly and she gave me some poor excuse that wasn't legible. The website is a gimmick. Unless perhaps you book long in advance and compare with the actual pricing from that particular airline's website. Don't use them.
My disadvantage that is when i was given the call by the representative, i could not due to the demands of my work. The representative did not give up and continued to attempt to contact me regarding a change. I thank her (jenny) for her efforts.
Don't trust Flights Nest. We just completed a booking for three seats for a flight at a total of $1087. A few minutes after we were done we received a phone call from a Flights Nest agent telling us there were no seats on the flight we just booked and wanted to up charge us $300 dollars for seats on the same flight. This has never happened to us before in 46 years of travel. It was a classic bait and switch scheme,
Jenny was very helpful and patient, she asked us what days we would like to fly, we gave her the dates and she said she would call us back with some choices. She called us back within the hour and had several choices for us. She walked us through the whole process. We informed her we did not know what we are doing and was nervous that this was the 1st time we ever booked a flight. She reassured us (my wife and I) that everything will be fine, I will help you with everything, you and your wife just relax. She sure did help us in every way possible. We are very excited and can't wait to begin our trip. We want to personally thank Jenny for her absolute professionalism and patience. Thanks Jenny from all of us for all your HELP?!!
