UPDATE: CALLED COMPANY TO REPORT THAT THEY HAD NOT SENT THE TICKETS I HAD PAID FOR. SAID REFUND WOULD BE COMING. NEVER GOT IT, THIS MORNING I AM CHARGED FOR MORE TICKETS TOTALING $800. REPORTED TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS FRAUD, UPON INVESTIGATION, THIS IS INDIAN COMPANY COMMITING FRAUD, DO NOT USE. FIRST REPORT: My employee calls me at 5am to tell me that He is at the Airport and they do not have him on the flight. So we have to rebook on another flight for the next day at twice the price. Tried calling Flightsnest.com and they are not open till much later in the day. I will update this review once I get a hold of them . I read enough reviews now to see that they are possibly scams. We never received our confirmation number or tickets.
A real scam. They tempt you with very low prices (half of the normal price), tell you it's confirmed, charge you, and send you the tickets 24 hours before the flight.Do you know why only 24 hours before? Because they use other people's cards and trust that the information won't reach the airline, but in my case, the flight from Albuquerque to Miami was delayed, and on the second flight, they informed me it was a scam!I had to pay again, and they gave me a phone number that wasn't mine and an email that wasn't mine either.They are scammers and they use different agency names: FLIGHTSNEST,CHEAPDEALSFARE,GLOBALFLIGHTCATCHER,TRAVOLIE,etc.And the names they use are:Hugo Racabaran,Jennie Smith,and others.THEY SHOULD ALL BE IN JAIL.Don't buy from them!Una verdadera estafa. Te tientan con precios muy bajos (la mitad de los normales) te dicen que esta confirmado te cobran y te mandan los tickets 24horas antes del vuelo.sabes porque solo 24 horas antes? porque usan tarjetas de otros y confian que no va a llegar la informacion a la aerolinea pero en mi caso el vuelo Albuquerque a Miami, se retrazo y en el segundo vuelo me informaron que era una estafa!!!!tuve que pagar devuelta y me dijeron un telefno que no era el mio y un mail que tampoco era.Son estafadores y usan distintos nombres de agencia FLIGHTSNEST.CHEAPDEALSFARE.GLOBALFLIGHTCATCHER.TRAVOLIE.etcetera.y los nombres que usan sonHugo RacabaranJennie Smithy otrosDEBERIAN ESTAR TODOS PRESOS.No compren ahi!!!
This is the worst company to buy a flight ticket from. I called multiple times on 5/11/25 to the customer service line and their staff is horrible. They refused to provide me their names or let me speak to a supervisor and never sent the flight tickets we were expecting. Will never purchase through them again what a horrible experience.
Negative stars are more appropriate. I never leave reviews but hoping someone else will read this and it will save them from what we went through. Booked a trip for my boyfriend to travel from Augusta to Vermont because the pricing was great and he could fly from our hometown for the same price as other sites were charging if we flew out of Atlanta or Columbia. This is when the nightmare begins. Was informed that the online pricing was no longer available and they tried to give us a price of much more than what was advertised with their reasoning that we were still getting a good deal based off regular airline ticket prices. I said that was false advertising and they came down to about $80.00 more than the original quote which I thought was fair so decided to proceed through with the booking of the tickets. The person I dealt with Jenny Smith seemed very nice, but all she did was extend empty promises. Was informed that we would receive an Eticket the next evening. Never did. Called the next morning. Was told same thing again, should receive ticket within an hour. Didn't receive until later that afternoon. Everything seemed legit. Got up next morning and arrived at airport at 5am and was told that the card used to purchase the ticket was not valid. He missed his flight. Called back and spoke with Jenny again and she apologized and offered to put him on a later flight that same day and would credit our card back $100 for our inconvenience which we reluctantly accepted. Was told would have the new ticket in an hour. Finally received 5 hours later, 3 hours before the flight. He was able to board his flight with no issues. For the return flight, was told same thing that the ticket would be sent 48-72 hours before the flight. Never was. Had to call several times to get return ticket to be sent. Once i received the ticket I checked with American Airlines to confirm the tickets were good and was told they were. Fast forward to his return flight on yesterday, he arrives at the airport which was over 2 hours away from where he was visiting and was told that his flight had been cancelled, that the tickets had been paid for then cancelled. So, he again missed his flight. Was told they could book him for an evening flight. He had no choice but to sit at the airport for 6 hours because there was only one more flight that day for where he was traveling to. Again, was told ticket would be sent in an hour, took almost 3 hours to get ticket. They did not honor refund they said they would send. They did not value anyone's time or care that they have caused missed flights and time out of other people's lives for their negligence. This is most definitely a SCAM operation, and I really hope this helps someone else from not going through the same nightmare they caused us. Edit, After leaving this review I called back to check on the status of said "refund". System must recognize phone number because they would either pick up and hang up or pick up and immediately put you on hold and never answer. Called from another number and they immediately answered. First guy said "oh refund has already been processed but can take 7-14 days". Fast forward about an hour later I get a call from Jenny now saying "oh we just processed it today and you should receive it within 24-48 hours". Of course that hasn't happened but in the same sentence I was asked to remove the negative review from the site.
I booked tickets that I never got. The guy told me that I would get my e-tickets 24hrs before departure. Each week they will keep lying to you about sending tickets. I told them to send me my refund back. It's been three weeks and still no refunds. Big scam and everyone needs to speak up that got scam from this company so we can shut them down or they going to keep scamming people.
Jenny helped me to get a really good deal of my tickets. I was able to fly with my two children with no problem. Yes, I got the tickets 20 hours before my flight. But we were able to fly safely with lower price. I’m happy with her service. Will book tickets with Jenny again.
I did not receive my tickets until less than 24 hours before my flight and when I got my E tickets and went to get on the plane, they said they were fraud. They charged an older woman somewhere out there on her credit card with my name and she called it in because they never had my tickets. I lost $1200 That day , owe 1800 because I was stranded at the airport and a family member paid $1800 for three people one way I have a long of investigation going on and that money doesn’t even include I owe back the other 2000. I owe my sister for the lawyer I’ve hired , Hugo and all of them lied to be. not only did it ruin my vacation and ruined my 2- 13-year-old girls vacation the stress having to take different airlines different planes getting in way later. I just don’t understand how they’re getting away with it. I need anybody’s help to take these people down they’re spending the money they take off my credit card to do whatever and I kept calling and saying where’s my ticket? Rude guy says u get two days before one person tells me he hangs up on Me when I didn’t get it. I called that night. No, it’s one day before now. Mind you. I’m leaving the next day. Numerous times other people that answered said I call you right back. I have to talk to the supervisor they never called back ever but I called them over and over again. I’ve ever emailed I have every phone conversation recorded $1200. It might not be a delight to some people, but after getting there not being stranded and getting home and paying for a lawyer, it’s expensive !!! Btw I got my E tickets that night and that’s after they charge another woman desperately to buy tickets cause they spent my money so she must’ve woke up and saw the scam on her bank so when I went to scan the e tickets, they said they were fraud!!!This company will not get back to me. You will lose your ass if you go through this company, but I am gonna find it. This is never gonna happen again, I’m gonna take them down. !!!
