Dominic was most helpful, especially with flight changes that had to be made at the last minute. He was always patient and knowledgeable and helped us find the best flights to meet our needs. He called us when one of our flights was cancelled 2 days in advance and helped us find an alternative before a holiday when most planes were full!

I booked tickets online for 3 people for $740 total including main cabin. I received a phone call a couple hours later saying that the flight was booked and my tickets were no longer available for that fee. On the phone someone was able to help me get other tickets but for more than double the price. I am quite unhappy about this. I shouldn't have been able to see the cheap tickets nor should I have been able to book them. It is false advertisement. The customer service person was nice and was able to help. I am just upset with the company.
