Good Afternoon,The following is a note of appreciation. I just upgraded my service and needed help. A lot of help. I used the chat function which told me I would have to wait less than 5 minutes. I waited under 3 minutes. Christian answered my query. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He understood my questions even in my broken tech jargon. He logged onto my screen with my permission and even recorded a how to video to explain how to preform the task I was having trouble with. I am a Partner in luxury Italian Fashion brand and I value stellar customer service from my team. And it is hard to find. Christian was excellent and hopefully appreciated so you can retain him. Great Customer Services
