Service failed to meet expectations, no refund provided.

The train did not arrive, and they are unwilling to issue a refund. I will not be using this service again. I waited in the cold from early morning until early afternoon, and they refused to assist me. I have spoken with four representatives via live chat since there is no phone support available.

Just traveled and really enjoyed the experience.

I just traveled and loved the affordable prices and guaranteed seating! However, the onboard WiFi was unfortunately quite unreliable, often slow or disconnecting outside urban areas. Many passengers seemed to experience the same issue. Are there plans to enhance the internet connection in the future with new trains? It would really improve the experience.

Train cleanliness is getting better, but...

Train cleanliness is improving, but the toilet situation needs attention. There was no hand sanitizer and usually no amenities available. Safety should be the top priority. Last time, a beer bottle fell on my head and damaged my phone. I received no response from the support team. Internet access was offered, but the connection was nonexistent. Overall, I'm somewhat satisfied, but there are significant issues.

Avoid this service!

Do not book this service: we faced a 5-hour delay on our first (and last) trip. It was a complete nightmare, and I suggest spending your money elsewhere. The experience was frustrating, and the lack of communication was infuriating. We initially booked a quick trip but ended up switching to regional trains after hours of waiting. The offered compensation was a joke. This was the worst travel experience we've encountered. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable option.

Impressive train service.

Great train! The seating area was very clean, and we had ample space for our medium-sized luggage. The bathroom did get dirty quickly, but that's expected with many users.

First-time train travel was great!

It was my first experience traveling by train in Europe. I boarded from a station a bit far from the center to my layover location. The station was easy to find, and there was a slight delay, which was clearly communicated. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the seats were comfortable with enough legroom. The air conditioning was pleasant, and I was able to charge my phone. Overall, it was a wonderful trip.

Quick journey from Stendal to Berlin.

It was a short trip from Stendal to Berlin, with the train being 20 minutes late. Seat reservations were not effective as someone occupied our seats, but we found nearby seats. My only complaint is the lack of drink services, which is fine for short journeys but would be problematic for longer ones.
