A very disappointing & costly waste of time
Harwoods Five Oaks Audi advertised an Audi RS4 Avant, RV18 UTY, which looked great on the website pics. Due to being located several hours away, I requested a walk round video, specifically asking the salesman Stewart to highlight any marks dents etc, as the car had high mileage. Stewart sent a video showing stone chips and a few marks etc (which I fully expected) so we agreed a deal and I paid for a delivery company to fetch the car.
Unfortunately for me, in his video Stewart had conveniently not shown the poorly repainted front wing, rusty wheel hubs, scored brake discs and bird poo damaged paintwork, luckily all of which were quickly spotted by my delivery guy.
I then rang Stewart to discuss a way forward. Sadly he was very abrupt, refused to budge on price, and said he would unwind the deal.
I later emailed him and pointed out that sending me an honest appraisal of the car would have saved us both a lot of wasted time, plus several hundred pounds that I had paid the delivery company.
Stewart's response was "I am sorry that your expectations of an 83,000 mile, 8-year old RS4 weren't in-line with ours " !!
Er, no Stewart, "my expectations of having you send me an honest walk round video weren't in line with what you chose to send me"
The whole experience was completely different to the superb way I was treated when I bought an Audi from your Southampton Branch.
And before the generic "please email customerservice@....." response appears, I've already done that and have yet to receive a reply.

Some staff were rude, and my vehicle was ready for pickup two hours later than initially promised. They need to improve their customer service standards significantly.

Adjusting to the differences from my previous model has been a bit challenging, but overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this dealership.
The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. The vehicle has had a few minor issues that are being addressed. As a first-time EV buyer, I would suggest a handover pack detailing charging and the various charging station providers. Additionally, a bit more guidance on using the car's features would have been appreciated.

My vehicle faced damage on multiple occasions, and it felt as if warranty work was intentionally avoided. Communication was lacking, and what should have been a simple job turned into a lengthy ordeal. I would advise seeking alternatives to this dealership.
