We moved over to Flodesk just over a year ago. As a small charity we were looking for a product that enabled us to mange forms, setup workflows and see what was working in our marketing. The way you can build the look and feel of an emails made our marketing manager very happy.. she hated our old system but this enabled simple clear design. The price mark for flodesk too was ok for us too as we can't afford most of the others. The support team also are helpful and accessible.

I’ve used Flodesk since the very beginning and it is the only email software I recommend! The ease of use, the layout, the back end workflows and functions… and now the checkout feature have made it to where I have all of my business running through this one platform! I launched my very first digital product last week and promoted it to a brand new IG audience of less than 200… I’ve had 6 sales so far!! The checkout function has been soooooo smooth and simple and I’ve been able to tweak and change things as needed. Their university section has made every single question I’ve had solvable in minutes, and the new integrations they keep adding make running my business seamless. I mean, hellllo Manychat! I didn’t even realize I needed that integration! I could not recommend this platform more - if you want utter simplicity + professional design aspects and customizable workflow features (with absolutely killer customer support) this is for you!
Flodesk has very aesthetically pleasing templates and simple elegant layouts. Emails, landing pages, and checkout pages are easy to build. I was even able to launch a recurring monthly offer w/payment option all through Flodesk. As they have added various workflows and new functions, sometimes it can get confusing as it's not always obvious or clear in their FAQ what connects to what, and which of my subscribers received what they were supposed to, but, every time I have contacted their support staff they have been prompt, helpful and patient. I have used Flodesk for my email marketing for at least 3-4 years and plan to happily continue
I've been using Flodesk for three years and love how easy it is to use. The email templates are easy to plug and play and the forms are easy to embed. I appreciate the continued improvements to checkouts, including Stripe integration, subscriptions, and payment plans. The customer service is great and I appreciate the transparency about what new features are being developed. My one-stop-shop for emails, lead magnets, and checkouts.
