They were so friendly and warm and did an outstanding job of arranging the flowers and gift wrapping them. Included with the flowers was an adorable vase. I have to say that I have never seen such beautiful artificial flower. My friend loved them, and I would recommend them to anybody that wanted something beautiful that was carefree
