Absolutely disgusting
Ordered flowers for a nominated day and they delivered them 5 days early when no one there. Just left on doorstep.
Managed to get someone to take them in and they are brown and mouldy and looks nothing like the ones I ordered.

Delivered quickly and with a smile by Laura.The presentation was excellent; sturdy box, string, stems wrapped in water-soaked material.The flowers are abundant, beautiful and very fresh.The box of Hotel chocs was an additional nice touch I appreciated.Impressive!!
A friend sent me some beautiful flowers in the post from Floretta. I hadn't received flowers through my letterbox before and I was genuinely surprised by this method. The flowers came with a lovely personalised card and they were beautifully packaged: wrapped in tissue paper and a ribbon with instructions explaining what to do. There was a great mixture of very attractive flowers and once in the vase they soon opened up and looked lovely. After a week they are still looking great! I will certainly use Floretta myself for a special and beautiful postal gift.
