Review Time
After waiting 6 weeks for my rug, I still haven't received it and have had minimal communication, except for a 15% discount offered when I reached out for an update over 2 weeks ago. While I appreciated the gesture and their apology for the lack of communication, they assured me my order would be prioritized, yet I've heard nothing since. I would prefer timely updates and delivery as promised over a discount. This experience has been quite frustrating and disappointing.
I purchased the Impasto Sage Green rug and they advised it would take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. However, it was delivered in the 2nd week while I was interstate. I tried to have the delivery company hold it until I returned but was too late and I didn't have anyone to go and receive it. A long story short is that CCTV footage showed it wasn't delivered to the unit complex and went missing [the delivery company system was down, and I didn't get the photo of where it had been left until after the CCTV footage had been erased]. When I contacted Ruggable it was replaced without hassle. They handled the situation very professionally and made sure I was kept up to date on the new manufacturing and to arrange a delivery window so I could be home to receive the delivery. Despite all of this, hats off to Hannah for managing the situation professionally. In some respects, it is 5 stars due to their "service recovery" actions, but because there is no option to provide any delivery instructions when the order is placed, I have made it 4-star rating. My tip if your delivery address isn't a house where it can be safely dropped off, would be to email ASAP when you receive order confirmation to confirm exact location and advise dates if you are planning to be away to save everyone a lot of time and effort.

These rugs are awful. I bought a machine washable rug as I have kids but there is a few issues with it. The washing machine will never clean it enough unless taken to a proper industrial washing machine. After a few cycles in the washing it creases, looks worn and dosnt stick to the Velcro aswell. When you run the vaccum over the rug it lifts up, constantly having to re adjust the rug so it sits properly... I have only had this for 2 years and wish I never purchased it and could get a refund. Currently looking at chucking it ans getting a new one.
I wanted to return a rug and the process was so frustrating. They give you a pickup time of 9-2 and then didn't arrive until 4:30. I had to stay home all day with 2 kids waiting. I tried calling fedex twice to find out where they were and they couldn't tell me. When the person arrived to collect they were rude and defensive. It was a nightmare. Ruggable - use a different courier!!
I have had a bit of a journey with this company but to their credit their customer service has been excellent and in the end the solution they came up with was very generous and considerate of myself as a customer. I was very pleasantly surprised by the effort they went to, to correct a mistake. I do love the rug and would recommend to others this company and their product
