I love shopping at Lenehans I have an issue with my fingers so find it very difficult filling in what I'm shopping for. I can telephone Lenehans and the Items I need are put through for delivery immediately. The delivery time is always accurate. Big thank you to the staff at lenehans.

A week has passed since my order was dispatched without any updates. The support team is unable to provide a delivery timeline. It's crucial to switch to a more reliable delivery service. The policy stating that only parcels missing for over 21 days can be classified as 'lost' is unbelievable! I also request a refund for the express delivery charge, as the service did not meet expectations.
