Absolutely DO NOT BUY from here. They advertise they are from the UK but are based in China. So hard to return the item. I paid £27 shipping for the dress to arrive scrunched up in a fedex plastic delivery bag. I even purchased a dress suit bag believing it would arrive in that. Unable to get the creases out. I will be disputing this payment with my pay pal and ombudsman.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LOT. Here’s why:-My wife brought a dress in May 25. The dress was substandard and we tried to return it. This is where the problems began. We were told we would have to pay for the return to them. This we did. By now the cash was stacking up with no re paying by this company. So far it cost us £111 for the dress and £25 to return it to them. Months passed by and we hadn’t received any monies back. Now today on the 3rd October 2025 we had the shock of the very same dress in the very same package that we returned it in was re delivered to us. So all that cash paid and we still have that shody dress. Now to try to save face they will put some bullshit comments after my message but believe me I am not interested so again I sayDO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRYALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS CANNOT BE WRONG
Worse place to order a dress ..the dress wasn’t finished and it had rips and pucks in the fabric ….iI told them that the dress wasn’t done correctly but they offered no assistance….will never order from them again …very poor customer service
Terrible please do not support this company.I purchased a dress and upon arrival it looked nothing like yhe photo. I contacted the seller right away and they are refusing to refund me. They a ceot return but no refunds..... so misleading.
Purchased a prom dress, on trying on the dress we immediately found FAULTS, contacted Flormiss. They asked for pictures of parcel before opening which we had, proof of FAULTS also provided. Even though we have all the evidence of POOR QUALITY TAILORING they refused to refund and shift the blame to us. VERY DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICEIF YOU DO PURCHASE THEN DOCUMENT IMMEDIATELY ON OPENING AND PAY BY CREDIT CARD FOR A REFUND PROTECTION........
Bought dress fir daughters prom,put it on for the occasion ,the straps snapped.Really poor material,poor stitching.REALLY BAD customer service told me to take it to a tailors will not accept accountability for such dress being unfit for purpose.Flormiss is a huge scam!!! Do not waste your money or time and get pulled in to what lovely on website but absolutely garbage .FLORMISS lied on a trust pilot review saying they have emailed me back with a solution to meet my needs....this is untrue and we're only for viewers to be convinced .Do not buy from scam Flormiss. Sent another review just to prove a point that Flormiss reply is to email them so they can get back to me with a solution I am happy with...this is rubbish ad they are just fobbing me off each time and won't give any refund.Shocking customer service and blatant lies from them
First of all i got a custom size dress that ended up extremely big then the dress looks nothing like the photo when sending the information back to them they would not refund and said they would give me a 10 percent discount like absolutely not im getting a full refund i have already disputed with the cc company these people are crooks would love to share a photo but no where to upload it
This is a scam. I ordered a dress and bag. Never came when I inquired about it, they finally shipped. After I canceled my order. BUYER BEWARE - THIS IS THE WARNING SIGN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. 7/4/2025 Update - I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau for fraud and scam activity. In response to the response below... BUYER BEWARE. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION.
