Horrible new VIP manager...

Since getting a new VIP manager, my experience in this casino has been purely negative... I used to have an amazing manager called Amy, who always went out of her way to improve my experience. Her e-mails always had a pleasant and uplifting tone, even if I was in a crappy mood - and she regurarly gave me nice bonuses, where the cash ones only had wager requirements of 10. With this new VIP manager, Nicole, everything is basically the opposite of with Amy.... Her e-mails are short, generic, and unpleasant - barely even acknowledging the issues I adress. Sometimes it doesn't even seem like she actually reads my e-mail before responding...The past week I've made deposits of around 2K euros. So I sent an e-mail to Nicole, asking if there's room for a bonus, concidering the amounts I've deposited lately. 3 hours later (Amy usually responded within 30 minutes), Nicole got back to me, saying "Cashback is credited, please enjoy" ...First of all; VIP cash bonuses are not cashback, so I'm really confused about why she calls it that... And the bonus I got? 20 euros.... With a wager requirement of 35!! I replied back, asking her first of all, why she's calling the bonus cashback...And if she is serious about the set wager requirement, explaining that Amy always set this at 10. Also, I told her that the bonus amount I received, honestly felt quite dissmissive of me as VIP customer, concidering how much I've deposited in a short week. The response I received...? "We provide players with cashback, based on their activity in the past 24 hours"🤯🤯🤯🤯Why does she keep calling this bonus cashback?! And her cold, generic way of answering me, honestly makes me want to spit in her face - because that's what it feels like she's doing to me....I haven't used the so called bonus yet, because I was hoping she would at least change the wager requirement - but it's been 4 hours since I sent my last e-mail to her, and she hasn't bothered getting back to me... So I guess I'll just use the crappy bonus, with zero chance of any payout - and then I'm done. Both Nicole and this casino can go f... themselves, to be honest. Misleading Bonus Terms - Did Not Honor Welcome Bonus as Advertised

I deposited €862 on my first deposit expecting to receive the advertised 100% Welcome Bonus up to €1,500 plus 10% Free Bet as clearly stated in their promotional materials and terms.According to BetiBet's official terms, I should have received:€862 Hunting Bonus (100% match, released as freebets in installments as I place qualifying bets at 1.3+ odds)What I actually received: Only a €100 free bet.BetiBet's response: They claimed the bonus is "random" and I need to place more bets to receive it. They also stated I must deposit another €100 minimum to use the free bet I already received.Issues with this response:"Random" bonuses are NOT mentioned anywhere in their terms - The welcome bonus clearly states 100% match up to €1,500 on first deposit over €20. There is no disclosure that bonuses are "random" or discretionary.Hunting Bonus mechanism ignored - The terms state the bonus is released in installments as you bet.
