I strongly recommend against purchasing from this seller. I ordered a so-called "beautiful" bouquet with balloons, but the flowers were in such poor condition they looked like they came from a discount store. Instead of a bouquet, I received a few damaged roses, and there were no balloons at all. They initially offered me a 15% discount, which I declined, only for them to call back the next day with a 30% offer. What a disappointing experience!

I cannot recommend this place. I ordered a supposedly "beautiful" bouquet along with balloons. The flowers were in such poor condition, far worse than what I could have bought at a local store. What I received was just a few broken roses, and there were no balloons. They offered me a 15% discount, which I refused, and the next day they called back with a 30% offer. Just ridiculous!

Deceptive practices and poor service!

This company is full of deceit! They failed to deliver the flowers on the anniversary date and promised to do it the next day, which completely missed the point! When I tried to cancel the order after they stopped deliveries, they refused to refund me! The flowers that finally arrived the next day were terrible—brown, crushed, and nothing like the pictures. I will never use this service again. Total waste of money!

Completely different from what was promised—no customer support.

I can only give one star because there's no option for zero stars. I ordered flowers expecting delivery the next morning, but they arrived nearly 27 hours later. The arrangement was nothing like what I ordered—no major flowers included, and the quality was very poor. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but received no response. This was meant to bring comfort to someone in need, but instead it was a huge disappointment. I cannot recommend this company.

Fraudulent service!

This service is a total scam. I spent significantly more for the promise of same-day delivery, but my order was rescheduled and didn't arrive until two days later. This is unacceptable for the price paid. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
