Trial credits insufficient and unable to cancel.
I have flux.ai a try for PCB design. I burned through all my trial credits and another $2.50 in additional fees without producing a single piece of usable output.
I attempted to cancel, but the cancellation button is not available while using the trial despite the fact that is clearly is charging for additional credits.
Seems like there is a deliberate attempt to block cancellations.
Avoid at all costs! This is a deceptive subscription! The platform promotes a $15/month plan, but it's just a facade. The real costs are hidden behind a confusing credit system with no clear limits or warnings about additional charges. The AI often generates incorrect or unhelpful outputs, necessitating constant revisions and wasting more credits—clearly benefiting the company rather than the user. I deeply regret enrolling and was fortunate to catch this before incurring extra charges. I will never use this service again. Stay away!

There are no options to cancel the subscription, delete your account, or make any changes to your plan. There is no real support available, and the last support ticket I submitted went unanswered for 6 days. The service was ineffective for my needs as the outputs did not work. You can't stop them from taking payments. Even during the free trial, you will still be charged, so it’s not really free.
The system is designed to lure you in with a free trial, then it runs out of credits without warning and bills you unexpectedly. There are no alerts, security, or notifications. The output quality is poor; the information is often incorrect, and the reasoning is flawed.
