Flyone has one of the worst websites for purchasing flight tickets. Besides the exaggerated prices, the platform is very difficult to navigate. There are always hidden costs that are hard to find or unselect, which makes the entire booking process frustrating. Every time it’s a headache to purchase a ticket with them. And that’s without even mentioning the frequent flight delays.
Awful company..their website seems to be done from 1990 ies...Their refund policy is too difficult ...I will never take a ticket from them ....Be careful..if you will travel with that airlines ...

If I could rate this airline with zero stars, I would. It's the worst airline I've ever traveled with. The customer service is lacking, and they are unresponsive. The plane was dirty, overheated, and unpleasant. The crew was unprofessional. I strongly advise avoiding this airline.
My overnight flight from Dublin was delayed by four hours without explanation. This company is a complete scam. I’m supposed to fly with them again, but I always face the same issue with logging in for check-in. Their website has technical errors, forcing me to pay for check-in at the airport, which is ridiculous. Additionally, their hotline is only available in a few countries. I do not recommend flying with this airline.
