Review Time
This company is a pure scam! I had insurance with my flight. I got sick on the way back from antalya. I cancelled the flight 2 days in advance but still didn't receive my full payment. Customer service always give me different advice every time i call them. Its been over 5 months now. Ridiculous! They are not willing to give me any details, not even complain department!!!
My flight eventually arrived 5 hours late to it's destination due to plane issues.
I have to say that I was very impressed with the overall handling of this situation, from keeping informed via pilot and then text/email updates, the timing and ease of use of the vouchers for refreshments sent to me, and then the ease of claiming the EU regulatory compensation for the delay, and the speed in which it was processed and paid out.... Overall 10/10 Very impressed. Previous reputation does not do justice, from my experience

Awful communication! Initially, they assured me that they had all the details to process my refund. Three months later, they claim they are closing my case due to my lack of response to their questions. I've been waiting for my money since September!
I booked a trip that was abruptly canceled just 12 hours before departure, allegedly due to a strike, resulting in significant financial loss for unused accommodations and travel. I attempted to claim this loss but received a generic denial after providing additional information. The check-in process was chaotic, and overall, it was the worst experience I've had in 35 years of flying. I would not recommend this airline to anyone.
I faced rude staff and unreasonable baggage regulations. I had to pay a hefty fee for what I thought was hand luggage, which turned out to be classified differently. I will fly with them once due to a return ticket, but never again! A bit of politeness would go a long way.
This airline has been the worst I've ever flown with. Their services are overpriced compared to the poor quality they offer, and they don't provide any in-flight services.
