Review Time
Big Disappointment, I ordered a Lamar Jackson Truzz hoodie and there was a marking on my shirt as well as a hole in the sleeve , I've tried to reach out to support numerous time and was told I would get a refund but that was almost three weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since, I've ordered from them before but this is looking like it will be the last time, Big Disappointment
I really like the product and it feels like a good quality. My only criticism is the screen print stuck to itself a little on the hoodie and little chemical packet stuck to it as well so some of the lettering from the packet came off on it. I was able to get it off with a lint roller but was/am nervous about laundering if the screen print will become compromised.
I ordered clothing here, because I didn’t want to go to local stores with this pandemic stuff, and I was disappointed. The way their client support treated me was very unpleasant. I placed an order online, but requested a call from support to clarify a size of a t-shirt. When they called for the first time I was busy, and when I called back, a woman was rude, because I wasn’t able to pick up the first time. However, the quality is great, and I will order from them one more time, but only if they change the support policy.
