I’ve been a loyal customer and have placed at least 10 orders of almost all your shirts and shorts- the last order I placed was the Friday before memorial weekend - a day later you had a promotion that for any orders placed you would receive a mystery gift . I emailed you guys to see if I would qualify - I was told yes - my order arrived as expected, I knew it would not include the mystery gift since I placed it on Friday- I’ve emailed your customer service team twice now to confirm if I am still getting the mystery gift promotion and have not received a response. Not a way a treat a customer that supports local businesses not only that but one that loves your product and has spend a lot of money on your company. Very disappointed with your customer service to say the least. Although I love your stuff I will probably won’t buy from you guys again. It’s the small things that make customers feel valued.
