Adrian Haywood was very friendly and helpful when he approached us while we were looking at a table that we were interested in. He even got chairs from downstairs that we liked to see if they were ok with the table. Glad to say we purchased them.
Delivery turned up on time and in perfect condition. Like and Marc, where careful tonprotect our flooring, surveyed where it was all going before bringing the sofas in and gave a clear explanation on how everything worked. Customer service at it's best! That's why we keep going back!
Went to look for a single bed, we found Debbie Read the sales person at the Waltham Cross branch very helpful in helping us to decide which bed, mattress, headboard/fabric and colour to choose, She was pleasant and courteous, patient, informative, with a positive attitude and warm personality.

After leaving a negative review regarding my unsatisfactory experience, the company responded, promising to investigate my complaint. That was three weeks ago, and I've yet to receive any follow-up. It seems the company has overlooked the importance of customer loyalty and service. I am extremely let down.
